Remote chat jobs.

We hire remote chatters to look after creators’ inboxes: answer fans fast, in the creator’s voice, and sell. Hourly pay plus commission on sales, regular shifts across UK and US evenings, training on how we work, and a paid test shift before you join.

A subscriber says your latest paid message is too expensive. Write your reply as the creator, in a few lines. Keep it clean.

Chat job questions.

Is this a real job?

Yes. Remote sales and conversation work with set shifts, a manager, training on our scripts and fan notes, and pay by the hour plus commission on what you sell. You are hired by Sable Management, a UK-run agency, and paid by bank transfer.

What does it pay?

An hourly rate plus commission on sales, both told to you in writing before the test shift. The test shift is paid. We do not hire commission-only and we do not charge for training.

What hours are the shifts?

Our pages are busiest in UK and US evenings, so most shifts fall between 6pm and 2am UK time, with weekend cover. You pick the shifts you can reliably do and we agree them in advance.

Do I need experience?

Helpful, not required. We hire on the sample reply: natural written English, warmth, and a sale that does not feel like one. Then a paid test shift on a demo inbox.

What do you look for?

Fluent written English, a feel for when to offer and when to just talk, reliable hours and a steady connection, discretion, and being 18 or over. Other languages are a bonus.

Where do you hire from?

Anywhere with good English and the right hours. We have chatters in the UK and abroad. What matters is the shifts and the writing, not the location.

How do I know a chatter job advert is genuine?

Genuine agencies never charge to apply, train or use software, never ask you to use your own card or identity for anything, and pay for test shifts. Sable only contacts applicants from an @sablemgmt.com address.
