Is Sable Management legit?
Sable Management is a UK-run OnlyFans management agency at sablemgmt.com, founded in 2025 by George Valker, and everything you need to check it is public: its fees, its contract terms, its one published result and who contacts creators on its behalf. The fair test for any agency, this one included, is whether those facts are written down before you speak to anyone.

The short answer
Sable Management manages creators on OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue from the UK. It charges £299 once for setup, then 40% of the first $10,000 the platform pays a creator each month and 35% above, month to month with 14 days’ notice and no exit fee. It never holds a creator’s password or payouts.
Its one published result is Rogan O’Connor’s page, up 250% in 7 months to $20,000 a month, written up with his agreement. It emails from @sablemgmt.com addresses, and the only person who messages creators for it on Instagram is Rogan O’Connor, from @roguesnaps.
Who runs Sable Management?
George Valker, its founder, from the UK, since 2025. Before creator management he ran paid traffic, tracking and conversion for other businesses, which is the work Sable does on a creator’s page: traffic you can measure, prices you test, an inbox that sells and content planned from numbers. Sable is small on purpose and takes on two new creators a month, so every page gets a plan and a manager who knows it. Rogan O’Connor, whose page is Sable’s first published result, now works with Sable on creator partnerships. More about Sable is here.
What does Sable charge, and is it written down?
Yes, on the pricing page, before any call. Setup is paid once: £299 for a page already paying out $2,500 a month or more, as the start of management, or £999 for a page paying out less, which buys an audit and a 30-day plan rather than management. Management is 40% of the first $10,000 the platform pays the creator each month and 35% above that, with nothing deducted first, agreed individually above $50,000 a month.
What are the contract terms?
- Month to month from day one, with 14 days’ notice in writing.
- No exit fee, and no share of anything earned after the notice period ends.
- No ban on other platforms and no non-compete.
- Content stays the creator’s, and fan notes and scripts are exported when they leave.
Does Sable need your password or your payouts?
No. The creator connects the page to the management software Sable’s team works in, can read every conversation and can disconnect the team at any time. The platform pays the creator’s own bank, and Sable invoices its share afterwards from a monthly statement built on the creator’s own figures. The login, email, 2FA and payout bank never leave the creator’s name. Why that matters is here.
What results has Sable published?
One, in full: Rogan O’Connor’s page went from about $5,700 to $20,000 a month paid out in 7 months, and paid out $20,746 in the 30 days to 16 October 2026, 60% of it from messages. He agreed to be named, and the platform statement is on the case study. A result you cannot read is a claim, not a result, which is why there is one rather than a list of anonymous screenshots.
Who contacts creators for Sable?
Sable emails from @sablemgmt.com addresses, and hello@sablemgmt.com reaches the team. On Instagram, the only person who messages creators for Sable is Rogan O’Connor, from his own account, @roguesnaps. Anyone else claiming to recruit for Sable is not Sable.
How do you check any OnlyFans agency in an afternoon?
Find a named person, find the rate and its base in writing, find the term and notice in writing, ask whether they need your password and where your payouts go, and ask for one result you can verify. An agency that will not tell you its rate before a call has already told you something. The ten-step check is here.
