Rogan O’Connor: $5,700 to $20,000 a month in 7 months.

A UK creator with a real audience and a page that was taking a fraction of what it could. Four changes, in order, over seven months in 2025. Here is what each one did.

The short version

Rogan O’Connor’s OnlyFans page grew 250% in 7 months, from about $5,700 to $20,000 a month. The audience was already there. What changed was the prices, where the traffic came from and whether it was tracked, how fast and how personally the inbox was answered, and what got shot each week.

The creator kept his login and his payouts throughout and was on 14 days’ notice the whole time.

The numbers

$5,700a month at month 0
$20,000a month at month 7
+250%over 7 months

Monthly income on the page, month 0 against month 7, from the creator’s own platform statements. The growth was not a straight line: the first full month after the price changes moved the number, traffic took a month to show in spending rather than subscribers, and the inbox changes in months two to four were where most of the climb happened.

Month by month

Month 0: the starting point

A live page with a real audience from TV and socials, earning about $5,700 a month. One traffic source, a subscription price set at launch and never changed, paid messages sent when there was something to send, and DMs answered in batches. The numbers said the audience was worth several times what the page was taking from it.

Month 1: prices and the ladder

Subscription re-set and bundles added. A paid-message ladder built from the content already in the vault: a cheap first step for new subscribers, everyday sets in the middle, full videos and themed sets at the top. A mass-message calendar timed to paydays and Sunday evenings. The welcome message rewritten to carry the first offer.

Months 1 to 2: traffic with tracking

Reddit and X run daily for the first time, each subreddit and each social profile on its own tracking link. After four weeks the links showed which fans spent and which only subscribed, so the channels that sent spenders got doubled and the rest were dropped. Instagram kept for reach and safe-for-work content, with the link one step removed.

Months 2 to 4: the inbox

Replies within minutes through the evening and late hours, when the audience was online. Fan notes started for everyone who had ever bought anything. The top spenders handled one to one, with longer conversations and custom offers. Unlock rates on the ladder's upper steps roughly doubled once the sends were personal.

Months 3 to 7: content from the data

A weekly shot list built from the previous month's unlocks. Fewer, better sets. Collaborations and themed content where the data pointed. Each month's statement reviewed with the creator and the next month's prices and sends adjusted. By month seven the page was at $20,000 a month and the creator was spending less time on it than at the start.

Why it worked

  • There was an audience to sell to. The page was not new. Most of the fans who ended up spending were already following him somewhere; they just were not being asked properly.
  • Prices went first. Raising what each fan spent before bringing more fans meant every new fan from month two was worth more.
  • Every channel was tracked. Dropping the traffic that only brought subscribers, and doubling the traffic that brought spenders, is the whole trick and almost nobody does it.
  • The inbox was treated as the business. Fast, personal, with notes. The top of the ladder only sells in conversation.
  • Nothing was locked in. Month to month meant every month had to earn the next one. It did.

What this means for your page

This is one page and one creator, with an audience most pages do not have. The levers are the same for everyone; the size of the result depends on what is already there. A page at $2,000 a month with the same four problems has the same four fixes, and a smaller number at the end.
