- Reviews. Louna’s site shows “4.8 from 46 reviews”. Its Trustpilot page says “This company’s rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines” and “We’ve removed a number of fake reviews for this company.” A quarter of the reviews left are one star.
- The site itself. The contact page lists a 555 phone number and testimonials about “Outgrid” infrastructure software, and the homepage and about page give different creator counts (50 and 200).
